1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account or transfer it to another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Send spam, engage in artificial engagement, or violate the rules of any connected platform.
• Probe, scan, or interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Sidecar. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Money-Back Guarantee

Sidecar offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests after that window are handled at our discretion.

We may change plan prices or features with reasonable notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal after the notice period.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Sidecar connects to third-party platforms such as Threads, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, outages, or actions they take against your accounts. You authorize us to act on your behalf with those platforms only to the extent needed to provide the features you use.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content and analytics are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoku Travel LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
